I am a qualified, professional coach who has stood in your shoes and knows some of the challenges you face.
Having spent many years in the business world, in senior leadership roles, and working within a leading business school, I am uniquely positioned to offer personal coaching to clients that help them to achieve their potential in business and the workplace. I have extensive experience in people development, particularly during periods of start-up, growth, and culture change.
My coaching focus is on working with senior female leaders, aspiring early careers women, and female entrepreneurs and I coach across a variety of industry sectors.
my background
I am a fully qualified coach holding a BSc in Psychology, a Postgraduate Certificate in Coaching (PCIC) and I am accredited at ACC level by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Additionally, I am qualified in business holding an MA in Marketing and a Doctorate in Business Administration.
I worked for many years in managerial roles in a range of industries including airline, advertising, market research, and design. More recently I worked as an academic and senior leader at Henley Business School leading teams both in the UK and overseas. I continue to be an Emerita Professor at Henley supporting coaching programmes and MBA teaching and supervision.
